Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items marked as final sale, personalized items, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Certain personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
